Located in the Sunset Drive corridor of South Miami, Flight West represents the next evolution of the original Flight West in Rochester, New York, a restaurant and bar recognized for its curated whiskey program, polished hospitality, and loyal following. The Rochester location became known for its extensive whiskey collection, globally sourced wine program, and hospitality-driven approach to dining and cocktails.
